QUESTIONS
A few things women ask
before they begin.
Is this self-paced — or do I have to show up at set times?
Completely self-paced. There are no live calls required, no deadlines, no pressure to keep up. You work through one module per week in your own time — or faster, or slower.
The Oasis community included does have weekly live Thursday gatherings, but those are optional and recorded.
Do I need any experience with breathwork or somatic practices?
None at all. Every practice is guided from scratch — Jenny walks you through exactly what to do and what to expect. Many women find breathwork to be the most powerful thing they encounter in the program, and most have never tried it before.
What is the Oasis community and how does it work?
The Oasis is Jenny's private monthly membership community — included with your Divine Plan enrollment for 6 months. It lives on Mighty Networks and includes weekly live Thursday gatherings, monthly new moon planning sessions, breathwork and somatic practices, and a warm community of women navigating the same season of life.
After 6 months, you can continue for $33/month.
How long do I have access?

Is this therapy?
No — and that's intentional. Divine Plan is experiential coaching, not therapy. It doesn't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you're in active mental health treatment, this work can complement it beautifully.
